“Mint” – Bamboo Poly Blend – Hand Knit Hat

Description

The yarns in this hat have a glow, a sheen that picks up the light. This comes from the bamboo content, which feels like silk. This stitch creates pods that spiral upwards. The bottom stripe is a dark mint green, the next one a lighter shade, followed by a spring pea green, then two shades of grey.

PomPom is attached with a snap. It can be removed if you need to wash the hat.

The glass head is 22″ in diameter (56 cm). Yarn is stretchy, so there is give.

Care: Hand wash and dry flat.

Knitted by D Louise of Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA. Retired chemistry teacher, world traveler and former Peace Corps Volunteer, she has been knitting for over 60 years. She teaches knitting and crocheting in her local yarn shop, has done miles and miles of charity knitting and does accept commissions.
