Description
The abstract design was created using free motion embroidery on top of two pieces of aqua embroidery stabilizer, with scrap threads sandwiched in between. Once the embroidery was complete, the stabilizer was rinsed away and the threads were left to dry. Cut pieces from a holiday decoration, to which beads were added, were then couched on top of the piece with metallic thread.
