Afghan Tribal Arts has been importing from Afghanistan and the region since the early 1980’s. It supplies fine bead stores and galleries with traditional handcrafted beads, textiles, jewelry and more. The beads and supplies sold on Etsy provide much needed work for Afghan artisans.. The vintage items reflect the trade and craftsmanship that has thrived in the region for centuries, a special place known as the Silk Road.

We normally use the USPS (United Postal Service) flat rate services, but can ship 1st class if requested. There is a significant price difference, especially for international orders. However, there is no insurance available for 1st class airmail.
